Creator Courier is an independent editorial publication about email marketing, newsletters, audience building, automation, and the software creators use to run those systems.
Why we exist
Creators are often asked to choose software before they have mapped the workflow the software needs to support. We work in the opposite order: define the audience relationship, map the system, then evaluate tools against the job.
How we research
For product-specific claims, we prioritize first-party product pages, documentation, help centers, and live pricing pages. We distinguish provider claims from our editorial interpretation. When a fact is likely to change, we link readers to the source and date our review.
What independence means
Commercial relationships do not make a product automatically “best.” If Creator Courier later earns affiliate commissions, those relationships will be disclosed and our editorial policy will continue to require evidence for factual claims.
